2. Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Discover and approach popular shopping mall-based merchant brands (both established and upcoming) to feature attractive promotional offers exclusively to our corporate clients’ customer base via Mobile App / Printed Coupons / Credit Cards / Membership Cards. Offers can be from F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health and Beauty etc Coupons / Credit Cards / Membership Cards. Offers can be from F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health and Beauty etc depending on client requirements
  • Research for contact details of appropriate person in charge of Marketing, Advertising and Promotion (A&P) and approach to secure promotional offers via Email / Phone / WhatsApp / Facebook messaging. Face-to-face meetings and Travel is optional unless necessary.
  • Benchmark past and existing offers featured by merchant and negotiate for best offers in a persuasive and tactful manner. Maintain good relationship and service at all time.
  • To meet or over-achieve (by scheduling in advance) weekly/ monthly target quota of merchant brand offers set by client, by submitting all necessary promotion details and paperwork in the required format on time.
  • Timely reporting to internal management

Job Requirements

Specific capabilities required to achieve the above targets or overcome above problem:

  • Deadline: Weekly / Monthly / Yearly (depending on client)
  • Specific capabilities required: Resourceful, Good Time Management
  • Suitable Personality Type (DISC): Major in D/I, Minor in C Candidate Capabilities, Experience and Aptitude:
  • Both Male & Female aged between 22 – 35 are encouraged to apply
  • At least 1 – 3 years experiences in Sales (those who worked previously in insurance, property, call centres, headhunting, pharmaceutical industries would have an edge)
  • Past average salary income range (RM): Basic Salary RM1,800 – RM3,000
  • Minimum should at least be a SPM holder (good results in English, Maths, Physics is preferred).
  • Must have excellent spoken and written English. Candidates who can converse in Mandarin / Cantonese will be preferred.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoints / Google Sheets / Google Docs / Google Research
  • Comfortable with working on time from 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri), based in KL and Selangor 99% of the time.
  • Possess own transport
